Two persons not responding near Lumberton

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a medical call to a home near Easy Street in Lumberton for a sick person who was not responding normally. A later update reported that a female partner or caller at the same location also was not responding normally, and medical units were en route with an estimated 16-minute arrival time.
