Officer checks dogs in extreme heat at park

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer requested a patrol check at Cove Point Park for a woman walking two pug dogs in 96-degree heat. The woman was informed about the heat advisory and the breathing risks for her dogs and was sent to walk back home.
