Citizen assist over car removal at Hillview Court

My caller stated that him and another woman went to civil court to get a car off of a property that's broke down, and in the agreement it was stated that the woman contact law enforcement before.

She went to this property and she has not.

Instead, she showed up with two other parties.

There's no disagreements currently between them.

He just wanted to contact us about it.
