Trespass suspect returns to Elm Street property

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible trespassing incident near Elm Street in Lyle, Washington. A reporting party described a person in black clothing with a reflective vest, possibly carrying a kayak and walking west on East Humboldt, and later suggested the person may have left in a gray Chevy truck with Washington plates and a red side panel.
