Man with low blood pressure in vehicle on state route

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to intercept a gray Mitsubishi on State Route 12 north of Lyons Falls for a possible medical emergency involving a 65-year-old man with very low blood pressure who was reported to be conscious and alert.
