Roommates arguing at home, welfare check requested

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible domestic disturbance reported by a caller who observed two roommates arguing inside a residence on West Stephens Avenue in Duncan. The caller was not at the scene and was concerned the argument could become physical.
