Good evening, this was Straits area, 497, Paramedic Dulkey. Community of the transfer from Mackinac Island Medical Center for a 60-year-old female having some cardiac complaints. I originally arrived in the ER was diagnosed as being in a flutter. Since then, we've had a couple changes between ASIV and sinus tachycardia. Currently sitting in sinus tachycardia about 130 beats per minute.

Current blood pressure of 141 over 82, SpO2 of 99% on room air. Have performed a couple 12 leads here. They are showing some elevation in V2, V3, and AVF over 1 millimeter each. No reciprocal changes. I do have those printed off for you when I get there. I do have 220 gauge IV started to the patient's left arm.

Other than that, she's the weapon orient types for talking to me. No current complaints of chest pain.
