Vehicle hits railroad crossing arm on West Jackson

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of a silver SUV traveling east on West Jackson Street in Macomb that apparently struck and bent a railroad crossing arm near the tracks, then continued toward Johnson Street without stopping. The vehicle was estimated to be going about 50 miles per hour and may have been driven by someone distracted by a phone.
