As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious white Cadillac SUV that was first parked behind a caller’s residence near Jefferson Avenue and then moved to the area of 7th Street and Washington Avenue. The caller requested that officers check the vehicle, which may possibly have a Missouri license plate.
