Unattended propane torch found on street corner

On Third Street there, Third and Main.

I have a report of some sort of a propane torch on the corner.

No one around it, so maybe someone should recover it.

601, go ahead.

If you're one, if you can run out the area of Equity Bank, Third and Main, at the corner, I got a report of a some sort of blow torch or propane torch that's sitting there unoccupied, no one else around.
