Smoke near Hill Road found to be fireworks

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and law enforcement units were sent to check reports of smoke near Hill Road in the Town of Madison due to prior issues at that location. A chief on scene later advised the smoke was from fireworks at a different location, and responding units were told to disregard.
