Caller advised an incident occurred between her children and another child.

They handled that, talked to the parents.

Then an older teen, possibly an adult, she's not really sure, showed up in her front yard, flashed something under his shirt at her child, then was seen walking with a baseball bat up and down the roadway.

He was last seen walking towards his residence.
