Hey UW, City Medic Seven enroute to your facility with a 56-year-old male coming from the roadside called in by a 3rd party caller. He was found down on the ground crawling, only using his left side of his body, multiple piles of puke around him.No signs of obvious trauma.Eyes were pinpointed and he was unconscious.Ano times one,not maintaining his own airway.Out in the back of the rig,RSA'd him.We do have an eye gel in place at the time.We use ketamine and rocks to sedate him, and then post-sedation meds are in as well.Vitals are as follows.Blood pressure of 232 over 156,heart rate of 103.Looks like sinus stache. No, actually noted and tidal of fifty-four were breathing for him.And SpO two is at ninety-four percent.Blood glucose of eighty-two.And initially he wasn't using the right side of his body much, just the left occasionally. It potentially would be a stroke.I don't know what else was going on.Do you have any questions or comments?
