They need to go back to the old ways of handling the law, I bet then folks would stop stealing. if it aint yours and you didnt work and pay for it and you steal it then you face the consequences. The issue is they get slapped with a little fine and go about their merry way. Start handling thieves the right way or this situation is only going to increase.
