Elderly woman with breathing difficulty near Pike Place

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were sent near Pike Place in Mahopac to assist police with an elderly woman who was reportedly having difficulty breathing and has a history of diabetes and congestive heart failure. A false fire report was also mentioned in the radio traffic.
