Residential alarm canceled by alarm company

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and a patrol unit responded to a residential burglar alarm at a home near Garnet Court and Jasper Lane. The alarm involved a sunroom door sensor. The alarm company later reported a proper cancel code, and officers spoke with the homeowner.
