Inmate fight reported at detention center unit 13

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates an inmate refused to move and a possible fight was reported in a housing unit at the Prince William–Manassas Adult Detention Center. Rescue personnel were redirected to a different unit within the facility.
