dog owners really need to have their dogs on a leash or have their yard fenced in and very careful. I have a little dog and believe me she's been in ankle before and she's lucky she's not gone. It's no joke. dogs can do a lot of damage and the last thing I want is to see a poor dog be put down because of humans not being more careful with them. it's our job to protect our animals and the only way you can do that is to make sure they don't run away, get hit by a car, or bite somebody. I hope the person's okay
