Intoxicated person reported at Gallup Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a report of a very intoxicated person wearing a blue T-shirt and black sweatpants at a park on Red Apple Road to check on the person’s welfare. It is unknown if any weapons are involved.
