Harassment reported at Manitou art building

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported harassment incident near a local art building on Manitou Avenue in Manitou Springs. The possible suspect had left the area and was last reported walking eastbound along Manitou Avenue about ten minutes earlier.
