CHS9A2 from Mayo 684 patient reports. With a 75-year-old female, tripped over a rug, said her legs just kind of gave out, she fell down on the ground, landed on her right side. A patient complaining of severe pain in her left thigh and her right side. There was a palpable deformity on the left side.

Possible femur fracture, we do have a traction split in place which did provide some relief. As far as the right side, it's a possible femur fracture but unknown at this time. So patient's technically going to be a R-H trauma for known or suspected bilateral femur fractures. We have 105 micrams of fentanyl on board for pain control.
