Person sending goodbye messages in possible suicide case

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible suicidal person at a residence in Mannford, with the caller, who is the person’s daughter, waiting across the street and unable to check on him after receiving goodbye messages. It is unknown if there are any weapons in the home.
