Intoxicated driver flees possible crash near Pelican Point

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded near Pelican Point for a possible crash involving a black (number withheld) Chevy Impala off the roadway near a bridge. A white male, reported to be stumbling and possibly intoxicated, was seen walking away southbound on 289th West Avenue.
