Two women fight on bus, one has head injury

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported two women fighting on a New Jersey Transit bus near Millburn Avenue and Cypress Street. The parties were later separated, and an apparent assault on the bus was confirmed. Emergency medical services were requested to evaluate a woman with a head laceration.
