Dump truck reported driving in wrong lane on Highway T

Report of a C&I driver northbound Highway T, Tom from Highway 14, Marionville area, described as a gray dump truck, was driving in the opposite lane northbound on Highway T.

Almost had a head-on collision with RP (name withheld)

(name withheld) at (number withheld).

RP's continued southbound, no longer can see the dump truck.
