Reported fentanyl overdose with possible deceased person and weapons concern near E 8th St

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported overdose near E 8th St involving a 32-year-old man who was awake/breathing. The caller (name withheld) reported another person may be dead from fentanyl use and advised someone inside the residence may have a knife and a gun; EMS was asked to stage until the scene was secured.
