Three-year-old female with weakness and vomiting at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS was dispatched for a 3-year-old child reported to be going in and out of consciousness and vomiting. Caller reported weakness and stomach/back pain, and noted the apartment was extremely hot with no air conditioning; responders were trying to cool the child down.
