Shirtless bloody man seen arguing near Tobacco Hut

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a shirtless, apparently bloody man who had been arguing near a tobacco shop and then left on foot toward Winchester Street. Deputies discussed a photo and considered that he may be connected to a possible robbery call.
