Loose dog and dirt bike reported near sports complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received reports of a loose dog and a possible dirt bike disturbance near the Union County Sports Complex and nearby streets. The reporting party later said the dirt bike entered the complex and may have left shortly after.
