Woman reportedly using drugs in parked vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a report of possible drug use by a woman in a silver vehicle parked on the street near Mine Road. A caller reported seeing her inject something while all four doors of the vehicle were open, and another woman was also reported at the scene.
