Rock thrown at car near City National Bank

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of possible property damage and suspicious behavior near a bank. A caller said two shirtless men in their early to mid-20s were walking on the road, and one reportedly threw a large rock at the caller’s car, causing a dent. The caller left the area and requested to speak with law enforcement.
