Man unresponsive, seizing, later awake after possible stroke

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units responded to a medical call near US 68 in Maysville for a possible stroke involving an unresponsive adult man who was not breathing. CPR was performed by police on scene, the man reportedly experienced seizures, and he was later reported awake.
