Custody dispute during child exchange at store

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported verbal domestic dispute during a possible child custody exchange in the parking lot of a grocery store on O’Neill Boulevard. Radio traffic indicated that another person involved may be at a residence on Ohio Avenue in White Oak, and one party was waiting in a silver Dodge pickup truck.
