Why? He needed that many narcan and was still unconscious. How many times had this happened? How many times do you bring them back? They are people, yes. They have chosen to use drugs, yes chosen. No one makes you. It's your choice. 😲. Why are they allowed to steal, kill, hurt others? They refuse assistance because they have to stop using drugs, so once again, their choice. They need a place to go use their drugs and if they od it's their choice and we can live in a country without dealing with their choices. They are allowed.
