As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported shoplifting of alcohol at a pharmacy on Northeast 24th Street. The suspect reportedly fled on foot toward a nearby bus stop on Route 56. One person was taken into custody but was medically declined and transported to a hospital.
