Unconscious 65-year-old female found at Lakeshore Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were sent to a home near Lake Shore Road and Fort Road for a report of an approximately 65-year-old woman who was unconscious but breathing. The caller was reportedly outside the residence and unable to get inside, and responders were advised they could see the woman through a window.
