Suspicious person on Segway at home on Route 40

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a suspicious person complaint near Route 40 between Campbell Road and Pinelands Road. A caller reported seeing a white male on a Segway at a door writing on a notepad before leaving southbound on Route 40.
