As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious blue Ford SUV parked for several days near a residence on 9th Avenue in Menominee, with one man apparently living in the vehicle and talking to himself. An officer indicated the man may instead be staying in a camper behind a nearby house.
