69-year-old man passes out on Blairs Valley Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, a 69-year-old male reportedly passed out near Blairs Valley Road across from the Whitetail Golf Resort entrance. He is conscious and breathing but not responding normally. Ambulance and medic units are dispatched to the scene.
