Two-car crash with minor injury in Merchantville

I live near this intersection and the number of accidents and near-wrecks at this very location is mind boggling. I hear tires screeching, horns blaring, several times a day, and driving past, it's always scary, because people don't know how to drive this circle. They ignore the yield sign, or dart right out across traffic, bc everyone's in a hurry. I have asked Camden Co to improve this roadway and signage, and they have made some changes. But this spot is dangerous. And it's a block from our elementary school, so there are frequently pedestrians and congestion. Maybe it's time to put a traffic light, here.
