Erratic black sedan reported on I-495 south

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an apparent erratic black sedan driving south on I-495 near the Merrimac rest area, making unsafe lane changes and nearly forcing another vehicle off the road. The caller provided a partial Massachusetts license plate starting with 6MJ.
