Truck blocks traffic near casino drone show

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a white semi truck blocking traffic near an event area by a casino. The driver appeared upset while trying to back the truck against oncoming traffic. The driver was later given a verbal warning for apparently obstructing traffic and not driving safely, and the situation was cleared.
