Man solicits money and refuses to leave restaurant

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report from a restaurant on North Main Street about a very tall, slender man in a red shirt who had been frequently staying in the parking lot, asking customers and workers for money. Staff reported that he obtained money from someone, was asked to leave, and then stood at the register staring at them while refusing to leave.
