Self-harm reported during welfare check call in Jackson

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched for a welfare check near Wanda Dr in Jackson after a complainant reported her daughter was currently cutting herself and that they had photo/video. Caller also expressed frustration about a prior police response and requested a call back.
