Teens reportedly throw firecracker through a door and flee

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a code violation/nuisance call near Martin Blvd at the Adoba/Acadoba complex, around the Middle River Rd and Windlass Dr area. The caller (name withheld) reported four teenagers threw a firecracker through a door and then ran off. Suspects were described by clothing and masks; no injuries or extent of damage were confirmed over the radio.
