Person in cardiac arrest at apartment on Beaver Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call at an apartment on Beaver Avenue in Midland, where a patient was reportedly in cardiac arrest and needed help inside the building. A separate medical call was also dispatched to a location on Fairlane Boulevard for an elderly woman with a possible reaction to kidney medication, including shaking and difficulty controlling urination.
