Possible damage to window from nearby tractor work

(number withheld) Horace Burris Road out of Milan, took a vandalism report.

Caller advised that there have been people working across the road from his house, and he believes one of the blades off of one of their tractors went through his window.

And he advised he did not see it happen and doesn't have camera footage,

but that's what he believes.

This happened.
