Person received electric shock from metal gate

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer is dispatched to a rural property near Stamets Road for a property owner who reportedly received an electric shock from a metal gate attached to a shed under high-tension lines, despite the shed having no electricity. The officer will also help notify the power company.
