Female patient semi-responsive with seizures and high blood pressure

As discussed during the dispatch call, an EMS crew reported they were transporting a semi-responsive adult woman who was hypertensive and reportedly going in and out of a possible seizure while en route to a medical facility. They advised an estimated arrival in about six to seven minutes from the Wooster Road area in Millersburg, Ohio.
