Vehicle crash reported on State Highway 35

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible vehicle crash near State Highway 35 in the Milltown area. A deputy arrived, spoke with people at the scene, and first responders were canceled after it appeared a cell phone had been dropped and no crash was found.
